The company provides multilingual support and end-to-end services across various industries, creating development opportunities for employees in an international environment.

This role is part of a project in the hospitality and travel sector, where you will support customers booking accommodations, manage reservations, and provide assistance with inquiries or issues related to stays. It's a dynamic, people-oriented project, giving you the chance to combine language skills with problem-solving and customer care.

Recruitment process:

  3. German interview (online) – a video call focused on your communication skills in German.
  4. Team Manager interview (on-site) – a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager to get to know you better and discuss the role in more detail.
  5. Offer & onboarding – if successful, you'll receive an offer and join a structured onboarding program to prepare you for the role.
