Business Development Representative @

- 1+ years of proven experience in B2B Business Development, Sales, or a related field with a strong emphasis on proactive outreach.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and build rapport with clients across diverse channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms.
- Analytical mindset to track outreach performance, refine strategies, and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate with top-tier companies like Google, Zendesk, Asana, Hubspot, Microsoft, Okta, GitLab, and Miro.
- Strong results-oriented drive, focusing on expanding the sales pipeline through targeted outreach.
Would be a plus:
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead generation.
- Background in IT solutions or Fintech.
- Polish, Czech, or French proficiency
