YOUR PROFILE bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field; proven experience in managing end-to-end process of artwork, printing, and digital assets creation in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment; 1,5+ years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple functions (marketing, R&D, sourcing, design external agencies and operations); proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira is beneficial for tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress; familiarity with artwork and design software is beneficial; while direct design involvement is not required, a basic understanding of platforms like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) can enhance communication with creative teams; strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; highly collaborative, with strong experience working with global and local stakeholders; functional knowledge of marketing, branding, and new product development; excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. YOUR ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Capgemini Connected Marketing Services team as a Junior Artwork Project Specialist. This position will work closely with a key client’s global innovation and design teams and support the client team with the delivery of packaging artwork projects.The Junior Artwork Project Specialist will manage multiple packaging artwork projects, from design through to print production, for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. With over 1,5 years of experience and a strong background in project management, this individual will assist in day-to-day operations of artwork projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within the defined scope. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing artwork development and the production process within a CPG company or a related industry.
