We have a steady flow of 200+ leads per month, and we need someone who can confidently handle that volume, manage negotiations, and close deals. We’re after a strong sales pro who knows how to convert leads into clients and deliver tangible results. This is not a position for tests or training — you should already understand digital sales processes, be confident using a CRM, work with scripts, and communicate in English at Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level. 2+ years of experience in sales of digital/IT services and at least 1 year of experience in sales of development services. Proven experience in successful negotiations in English.Excellent skills in working with CRM systems and sales tools. Ability to make quick decisions, handle objections, and close deals.
