Lead Product Owner @ SnapSoft

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role, with a proven track record of shipping successful software products in a client-facing environment. At least 2+ years of experience in a formal leadership capacity, with a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop other product professionals. Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with extensive experience managing product backlogs, writing effective user stories, and leading Scrum events. Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders, particularly in a consulting or professional services context where you must drive alignment and consensus. Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts. Direct experience with AWS services and building cloud-native applications is a significant advantage. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty, with the ability to take complex client problems and break them down into a manageable, prioritized backlog for a delivery team. Nice-to-have Experience working within a fast-paced, scale-up technology consulting firm. A background as a Business Analyst or Software Engineer in a technical domain earlier in your career. A relevant professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or a senior-level Agile certification (e.g., CSP-PO). Who are you?
