Prepare and control cash flow forecasts and liquidity management. Handle foreign exchange conversions, hedging transactions, and intercompany financing. Coordinate external financing (loans, factoring) and maintain relationships with banks., Billing: Oversee end-to-end billing processes (domestic, international, intercompany) and ensure legal compliance., Accounts Payable & Expense Management: Process supplier invoices and implement AP approval and PO processes. Administer employee expense reimbursements and corporate card spending. Manage fixed assets and cost centers., Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and submit financial and statistical reports (including bank and national reporting). Coordinate the annual audit and ensure availability of financial documentation., Financial Administration: Prepare and support accounting and payroll administration processes., Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead the Finance Operations team, prioritize and delegate tasks effectively. Collaborate continuously with key stakeholders (Sales, Project Management Office, Management). , Build & Optimize Finance Operations: Design and implement end-to-end finance operations processes (billing, AP/AR, PO approval, cost allocation).
