Strong expertise in backend technologies including Golang Deep understanding of API design, cloud-native architectures (such as microservices, containers, events) preferably on AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability tooling. Experience with distributed storage or content delivery. Proven experience leading backend engineering teams delivering scalable, production-grade APIs and platform services. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining distributed systems and data-access platforms in a cloud environment. Empathetic and inclusive leader with strong communication and collaboration skills. Proactive, pragmatic, and committed to high standards of technical excellence. Comfortable working across time zones and distributed teams.
