Who you are Ideally, you have over 2 years of experience as a software engineering manager, leading teams responsible for high-scale production services. You possess at least 5 years of professional software development experience, contributing to the development of full-stack web applications and/or distributed systems. You excel at aligning and executing new technical ideas, demonstrating an understanding of best practices. Proven experience in driving effective execution with agile processes in a dynamic environment. A people-oriented leader, capable of modelling and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. Exceptional at communicating, passionate about technology and committed to raising the bar. Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones is advantageous. Proficient in English. Bonus Points Hands-on experience designing and building cloud-native architecture for AWS, GCP, or similar. Enterprise Activity Management team is a part of Box's Enterprise Engineering organization. Our main customers are 200K+ enterprise admins, whose responsibilities are to set up and configure Box apps for their enterprises, onboard and migrate users, set rules and permissions for users, groups, files, and folders within their orgs, and run reports.
