Senior Software Engineer @ Bayer

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field. 5+ years as a software engineer. Proficiency in full-stack application development with Java, JavaScript and React Deep understanding of SDLC and methodologies (Agile, Scrum). Proficiency in software design and architecture. Experience with version control systems (Git). Ability to write clean, maintainable, efficient code. Familiarity with IDEs (Visual Studio, IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse). Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices, with preference of GitHub Actions. Advanced understanding of database management and SQL. Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design. Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, in particular) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
