The Senior Operations Manager will support and improve business operations across all 4 locations of our international organization (Poland, Ukraine, U.S., Colombia). This role will focus on defining and optimizing internal processes, supporting compliance efforts, and enabling effective cross-functional departmental reporting. You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, and other teams, while managing a small operations team, to ensure our operational infrastructure scales with our growth. Experience in the professional IT outsourcing or technology services sector is preferred.

This is a hands-on, mid-to senior level position suited for an individual with a strong process mindset, familiarity with professional services operations, and a working knowledge of relevant systems and frameworks.
