Backstory a co bude obsahem tvé práce

Jsme Fidoo – B2B fintech, který nyní vytváří řešení pro správu zaměstnaneckých výdajů a směnu měn pro firmy. Stavíme celou novou nohu financial services, nyní budujeme neobanku a začínáme stavět velkou finanční cloud-native platformu, která kompletně zjednoduší firmám řízení financí a cashflow. Platforma je koncipována modulárně a mikroservisně a je provozována v serverless prostředí pomocí Azure Functions, které jsou vyvíjeny v souladu s interními pravidly a standardy naší platformy.

Právě teď připravujeme cloudovou infrastrukturu pro nový systém. Abychom to zvládli dobře, potřebujeme parťáka/parťačku, který/á se vyzná v databázích a posune nás dál. Někoho, kdo bude nejen spravovat, ale i navrhovat a rozvíjet databázové řešení.

Co přesně tě čeká:

  • Navrhneš a vybuduješ cloudovou infrastrukturu pro databázový systém
  • Budeš mít na starosti provoz a správu databází – hlavně Oracle, případně i PostgreSQL
  • Zapojíš se do návrhu architektury a budeš důležitým strategickým partnerem pro náš backendový tým
  • Dostaneš prostor mluvit do technických rozhodnutí – chceme tvůj názor, nejen výstupy

Job Fit a koho hledáme

Máš hluboké zkušenosti s Oracle databázemi a víš, jak je postavit i provozovat – ideálně v cloudu. Pokud k tomu přidáš znalost PostgreSQL, jsi u nás o krok napřed. Zároveň se rád zapojíš do většího celku – návrh infrastruktury pro databázové systémy tě baví, zajímá tě, jak věci fungují dohromady, a chceš být součástí týmu, který něco staví od základu. Nečekáš na zadání, ale aktivně hledáš cesty, jak věci udělat líp. Jsi samostatný, ale ne sólista. Chceš prostředí, kde se dá růst, učit se, ale taky realizovat svoje nápady. Budeš technickým tahounem pro oblast databází a my ti k tomu dáme prostor, důvěru a prostředí, kde to má smysl.
Proces výběrového řízení

Ladíme individuálně. Určitě se potkáš s Petrem (CTO) a Maruškou (P&C Business Partner). Dojde také na technické interview, na které tě rádi pozveme na osobní setkání k nám do officu v Holešovicích, abys také poznal/a naše prostředí a kolegy.

Je nás teď cca 100 a stále rosteme. A i díky tomu, že nám v zádech stojí skupina Direct, stojíme na pevných základech a můžeme pracovat na dalším rozvoji.

Jsme culture-first. Všichni si tykáme a nemáme moc rádi hru na názvy pozic (nepoužíváme třeba slovo ředitel). Základní premisou v našich vztazích je pro nás důvěra. Máme proto třeba neomezenou dovolenou nebo taky nenařizujeme členům týmů, jak mají pracovat. Preferujeme proto hybridní formu režimu mezi office a home office. Na jedné straně víme, že doma z obýváku kulturu nevybudujeme a proto máme moderní kanceláře v Holešovicích, se kterými jsme vyhráli ocenění Kancelář roku 2023.

Slouží nám pro společné potkávání týmů a nabízí velké možnosti jak a kde pracovat (kromě sdílených míst také focus roomy, řadu zasedaček, dvě terasy, kavárnu, velký networkingový prostor Direct Plaza nebo třeba venkovní náplavku u Vltavy).
Na druhou stranu víme, že na home office se dá pracovat soustředěněji a proto je to pro nás standardní forma práce, kterou členové týmu využívají.
