Do Dactylu hledáme zkušeného technického lídra, který dokáže navrhnout architekturu moderních aplikací.
Tvým úkolem bude zároveň nastavovat standardy vývoje, vést tým vývojářů a pomáhat mu růst od prvního návrhu až po nasazení do produkce.
Co tě u nás čeká?- Návrh architektury aplikací a dohled nad implementací
- Aktivní zapojení do PHP vývoje (Laravel, REST API, datové modely)
- Technické vedení týmu - mentoring, code reviews, sdílení know-how
- Zavádění a udržování best practices, testování a CI/CD projektů
- Analýza rizik a hledání optimálních řešení pro projekty
- Spolupráce s projektovým manažerem a komunikace s klienty při technických rozhodnutích
- Dohled nad kvalitou kódu, časovými plány a nasazením
- PHP 8.x a Laravel framework
- Docker (vývoj i produkce), GitLab CI/CD, PHPUnit testy
- Debugging (např. Xdebug) a optimalizace výkonu aplikací
- Navrhovat robustní architekturu a přemýšlet v souvislostech
- Jasně komunikovat a vést tým vývojářů
- Rozhodovat se s ohledem na byznysové i technické cíle
- Leadera, který dokáže tým motivovat a posunout dál
- Praktika, který se nebojí kódu a jde příkladem
- Rozhodného a analytického člověka se smyslem pro kvalitu
- Někoho, kdo má chuť zlepšovat procesy a sdílet znalosti
- Dostaneš se k zajímavým projektům pro malé startupy, ale i větší a známé společnosti
