What You'll Do
Be a headhunting pro — actively source and engage hidden talent on LinkedIn, GitHub, and in global tech communities. Build long-term relationships with top engineers and innovators. Own the full recruitment journey — from first message to signed offer. Partner with technical leaders to shape global hiring strategies that scale. Deliver a fast, seamless, human experience every step of the way.

Who You Are
3+ years of tech recruitment experience (agency or in-house). A natural hunter who thrives on sourcing, not just screening. You've worked in a startup or scale-up and love the pace. You "speak tech" — from backend to AI, you get what you're hiring for. Organized, proactive, and driven by results. Bonus points if you've recruited in AI / ML / generative tech or helped scale a global remote team before.
