THE ROLE As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional candidate experience and supporting our global recruiting team. You will be the first point of contact for many candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive journey from initial contact to offer. This role is a key enabler for our talent acquisition strategy, working in close partnership with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to maintain a high-touch, efficient, and well-organized hiring process.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own and manage the full interview scheduling process, acting as a central point of coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
Draft and extend offer letters and new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to candidates.
Maintain the integrity of candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all information is current and compliant with data privacy regulations.
Partner with the recruiting team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the candidate experience and streamline our hiring operations.
Coordinate and support recruiting events, such as career fairs and campus recruiting, to help attract top talent.
WHAT YOU BRING
Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with a diverse range of candidates and internal stakeholders.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a knack for anticipating needs and resolving logistical challenges before they arise.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
A commitment to providing a best-in-class candidate experience and a passion for talent acquisition.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
