Co tě čeká?

Komunikace s hosty – budeš s nimi v kontaktu online na chatovacích platformách jednotlivých portálů ( Airbnb, Booking, Expedia etc), ale i telefonicky hlavně v angličtině, ale i češtině.

Koordinace týmu – plánování příjezdů hostů a rozpis směn pro check-in kolegy

Zajištění hladkého chodu – informování úklidového týmu, opravářů a dalších kolegů o aktuálním dění, předávání informací

Občas vyrazíš do terénu – na kontrolu bytů nebo osobní check-in

Dvakrát do měsíce si vyzkoušíš noční linku – aby bylo o hosty postaráno i v noci

Jsi týmový hráč s proaktivním přístupem a organizačními schopnostmi?

Stres tě nerozhodí a umíš si udržet přehled?

Mluvíš plynule anglicky a česky (další jazyk je plus)? Jsti taktní a strategický komunikátor?

Umíš pracovat s počítačem? Pokud znáš Trello, Asanu nebo Better Hotel, je to výhoda.

Nevadí ti práce formou krátký/dlouhý týden formou 12 hodinových směn 9am-9pm ?

Front Desk Manager Wanted Be the voice of our brand & a key player in our team

Are you an organizational talent who enjoys strategic and tactful communication with people? Do you have experience in hospitality and are looking for a job where you'll never be bored? Join us at Airstay and become part of a dynamic team in the heart of Prague

What's in store for you?

Guest communication – you'll be in touch with guests via online chat platforms and by phone, primarily in English, but also in Czech.

Team coordination – planning guest arrivals and scheduling check-in colleagues.

Ensuring smooth operations – keeping the cleaning team, maintenance staff, and other colleagues informed about current happenings.

Occasional fieldwork – inspecting apartments or handling in-person check-ins.

Twice a month, you'll take the night shift – making sure our guests are taken care of even at night.

Who are we looking for?

Do you have experience in hospitality or operations? Great

Are you a team player with a proactive approach and strong organizational skills?

Can you handle stress and keep track of multiple things at once?

Do you speak fluent English and Czech (another language is a plus)? Are you a tactful and strategic communicator?

Are you comfortable working with a computer? Experience with Trello, Asana, or Better Hotel is an advantage.

Are you okay with a short/long work week schedule: 12 hour shifts 9am - 9pm ?
