Our respected Client, a leading European Real Estate Investment, Development, and Management company, is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Group Marketing and PR Director Group Marketing and PR Director /international/ INTL/2507/GMPR Main responsibilities:Lead the overall Group Marketing, PR & Communications function across the European platform (Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Italy).Develop and execute a five -year strategic marketing plan, aligning corporate, regional, and sustainability objectives.Own the marketing budget, performance forecasting, and ROI measurement across all activities digital, events, PR, and branding.Oversee all brand communications and corporate media channels (website, social media, publications, magazine, ESG and Annual Reports).Manage Group -wide campaigns, cross -border events, and brand initiatives to strengthen visibility in Europe's industrial & logistics real estate market.Lead the evolution of the digital ecosystem website UX/UI, SEO/SEM, CRM integration (HubSpot), analytics, and performance marketing.Ensure consistent and data -driven storytelling across all content and design assets; elevate the brand as a thought leader in ESG and innovation.Work closely with Investor Relations and Capital Markets on financial and corporate communications strategy.Oversee and mentor a distributed marketing team, combining central HQ and regional specialists, and manage external partners (PR, creative, digital, media).Champion a strong internal brand culture, ensuring employees act as ambassadors and understand the company's vision and values (Commitment – Entrepreneurial – Accountability – Sustainability – Community). Requirements: 10+ years of senior marketing/PR leadership in B2B sectors such as industrial real estate, logistics, infrastructure, or adjacent industriesProven experience managing multi -market campaigns and marketing teams across Central and Western EuropeSolid understanding of ESG/sustainability communication frameworks (e.g. BREEAM, GRESB, Green Bond Reporting)Advanced command of CRM and digital marketing tools; comfort with data -led decision -makingUniversity Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA or equivalent is a strong plus)Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills at executive/board levelStrong people leadership track record; ability to inspire and unify geographically dispersed teams Client offers: A collaborative and international working environment within a growing industry leader.A chance to develop further within a highly professional finance team.Competitive remuneration and benefits.Exposure to cross -border projects and initiatives across our client's platform.
