Máte chuť:
  • Zajišťovat, aby produkty, služby a procesy banky byly v souladu s regulatorními požadavky a interními standardy.
  • Podílet se na návrhu nových produktů, služeb a distribučních kanálů s důrazem na dodržování pravidel a efektivní řízení rizik.
  • Spolupracovat s managementem na tvorbě a aktualizaci interních metodik, procesů a vnitřních pravidel.
  • Dohlížet na jejich implementaci, nastavovat kontrolní mechanismy 1LoD a zajišťovat jejich efektivní fungování.
  • Podporovat spolupráci napříč útvary, aby byla zachována konzistentní metodologie a agilní přístup.
  • Být kontaktním bodem (SPOC) pro kontrolní funkce a další jednotky druhé a třetí linie obrany.

  • Máte zkušenost s řízení procesů, compliance, risk managementem nebo operativou v bankovním prostředí.
  • Umíte pracovat s daty, orientujete se v legislativních a regulatorních požadavcích.
  • Dokážete kombinovat detailní pohled na procesy s pochopením byznysového kontextu.
  • Máte chuť přicházet s novými nápady a inovativními přístupy, které zefektivní fungování banky.
  • Komunikujete profesionálně v češtině i angličtině a dokážete spolupracovat v mezinárodním prostředí.
