Role DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Consultant to drive growth and expand our presence in the restaurant and hospitality industry. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong sales skills and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
- Must be comfortable & effective at high levels of cold calling & outreach.
- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify and seize opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven capacity to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a results-oriented environment.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Responsible for the full sales cycle- from outreach, prospecting & qualifying through to closing.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Syrve's solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant and hospitality sectors.
- Present and pitch products and services to prospective clients, showcasing their value to their operations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Create detailed sales reports and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for client needs.
- Provide insights and feedback from clients to improve products and services.
