Purpose of the Job

Our Project Managers are responsible for delivering complex project management services to clients, overseeing everything from briefing and coordination to final installation. They ensure that each project - whether a complete store, shop-in-shop, or display range - is properly planned, assembled, delivered, and installed on time and to the required quality.

Project Managers work closely with internal teams (Production, Assembly, Warehouse, Logistics, Installation) and may also lead project teams, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth cross-branch cooperation. They are expected to inspire junior colleagues, lead by example, and share solutions to challenges across the team

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients
• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day project delivery
• Take detailed client briefs in collaboration with Account Managers
• Ensure all projects are correctly processed through the ERP system
• Apply project management methodologies for organized execution
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Implement new methods and procedures as needed
• Collaborate with the team to meet contractual requirements and prepare presentations
• Support Account Directors and Managers in identifying new business opportunities
• Manage and monitor strategic objectives to meet business goals
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
• Measure customer satisfaction and take action to exceed expectations

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• Professional experience in client services, project management, retail development, logistics, or business administration
• Strong project management skills: organization, planning, attention to detail, multitasking, and deadline management
• Commercial awareness and numeracy
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
• Professional, courteous, and calm under stress
• Ability to read architectural floor plans and technical drawings
• Confident and approachable in meetings
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with and ERP systems is a plus
• Experience working within contracted environments with SLAs and KPIs
• Dedicated, loyal, and client-service focused
• Excellent communication skills
• Stress-resistant and focused under time pressure
