We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join a business-critical Data Center Migration Program, focused on migrating services from local data centers to the HQ Data Center. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong coordination skills and the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

 Location: Prague (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
 Language: English (fluent), CZ
 Contract Type: B2B

Responsibilities:

Track and follow up on open tasks, tickets, and issues daily to ensure timely resolution.Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and reports with precision and consistency.Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and action item tracking.Monitor Jira tickets and escalate blockers or risks when needed.Collaborate closely with project managers, technical leads, and stakeholders to align on deliverables and timelines.Support reporting activities, including compiling status updates, dashboards, and project summaries.

Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a PMO/project support role.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.Proficiency with Jira (or similar ticketing tools) and common project management software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project).Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have:

Understanding of ITIL principles.Experience with IT infrastructure or data center migration programs.Prior experience in large, multinational organizations.
