About the role
We're looking for a Country HR Business Partner to join our international HR team and become the go-to person for everything people-related in our Prague offices.
This is a unique chance to step into a role where you'll combine hands-on HR operations with true business partnering - shaping culture, supporting managers and making sure our employees feel empowered and engaged every day.
You'll be stepping into a dynamic and fast environment where you'll need to build structure from the ground up, establish new processes and create order from chaos.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Experience & Culture
- Handle complex employee relations, grievances and sensitive situations
- Guide managers on terminations, compensation changes and performance issues
- Plan team events, manage social budgets and build local culture
- Support career development and internal mobility
- Be the go-to person for managers and employees on all HR matters
Strategic HR Leadership
- Provide workforce planning and organizational change support
- Monitor performance levels and initiate improvement actions
- Ensure compliance with Czech employment law
- Drive HR process improvements and employee experience initiatives
- Partner with HR operations, Finance, Legal, and other teams on cross-functional projects
- Support recruitment, retention, and talent development strategies
Operational Oversight
- Manage onboarding/offboarding communications
- Lead compensation reviews and bonus plan changes
- Handle complex contracts and contractor situations
- Oversee Workday configuration and HR documentation
- Manage HR tools and provide strategic reporting insights
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as a Sr. HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, with proven ability to support managers and employees across a range of HR functions.
- You're business-minded, innovative in problem-solving, organized and attentive to people's needs.
- You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and handle both operational tasks and more strategic challenges.
- You have strong knowledge of Czech employment law, and B2B experience is a strong plus.
- You're a self-starter - able to work independently, while remaining collaborative and team-oriented.
- You care deeply about employee engagement, customer orientation and organizational success.
- You're an excellent communicator with strong organizational and data management skills, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- You're confident with digital tools and AI-driven technologies, and ideally have some experience with agile ways of working.
- You can multitask, prioritize and handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- You're fluent in English (C1 level) and native speaker in Czech
- You are based in Prague
