Jsme největší specializovaná firma v oblasti outsourcingu projektového řízení v ČR - komunita freelance projektových manažerů a business analytiků v Česku a na Slovensku. Kromě náboru poskytujeme i zázemí, podporu a rozvoj pro naše konzultanty i klienty.

Do našeho týmu nyní hledáme posilu na pozici - Recruitment Consultant (m/ž).

Náplň práce:
  • Řídit celý náborový proces pro naše klienty – především na pozice Projektových manažerů, Business analytiků, UX designérů a dalších specializovaných rolí.
  • Rozšiřovat svou profesní síť a poznávat do hloubky obory a role, se kterými pracujeme.
  • Tvořit sourcingové strategie a využívat různé náborové nástroje a techniky.
  • Úzce spolupracovat s Account Managery na přípravě nabídek a návrhů pro klienty.
  • Budovat silné vztahy s naší komunitou, kontraktory i klienty.
  • Přinášet nové nápady, jak zlepšovat procesy a posouvat věci kupředu.
Co od Vás očekáváme:
  • Zkušenost nebo dobré porozumění v oblasti recruitmentu/talent acquisition.
  • Energii, vytrvalost a špetku podnikatelského přístupu.
  • Chuť učit se více o Project Managementu, Business Analysis nebo agilních metodikách, abyste mluvili stejným jazykem jako kandidáti a klienti.
  • Silné komunikační dovednosti a schopnost budovat dlouhodobé vztahy.
  • Plynulou češtinu a angličtinu a schopnost připravit poutavé prezentace kandidátů (pokud vás baví copywriting, užijete si to).
  • Motivaci rozšiřovat svou síť kontaktů a proměnit ji v úspěšnou kariérní příležitost.
