We are looking for Senior Campus Recruiterto join one of our early careers Client accounts - Barclays. In the role you will support client hiring managers with filling their campus and early careers hiring demand. They are responsible for ensuring all quality thresholds and SLA/KPIs are met. The role includes planning and executing campus recruitment activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience, working in conjunction with onsite and offshore campus colleagues. The Senior Recruiter will work closely with other recruiters & coordinators to ensure high-quality recruitment services and a smooth recruitment process.
The role is a full time hybrid position based in Prague (2 days/week)
Key AccountabilitiesWhat you'll be doing:
- Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers and other client stakeholders. Maintain execution of the end-to-end delivery of campus recruitment services to them, providing counsel, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process and ensuring that the service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements.
- Lead discussion on attraction strategies to correctly identify approach based on market and hiring demands
- Design & implement divisional recruiting strategy to attract a strong and diverse pipeline of campus talent that aligns to business goals
- Partner with the wider team in creating strong partnerships with the Client as well as internal and external stakeholders, attending regular calls, to build understanding of process and satisfaction in the service
- Collaborate with the wider campus recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidate shortlists through to Assessment Centre
- Support the hiring manager(s) with hiring decisions and guide them in determining an appropriate offer; lead the calibrations session and offer process to close the candidate
- Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address, and using judgement to escalate appropriately
- Share and implement knowledge gained from other teams to enhance own recruitment delivery
- Actively participates in, or co-ordinates projects outside direct remit of responsibility
- Support account management by identifying and flagging scope creep and continuous improvement and upselling opportunities.
Must have skills and experience:
- Solid experience in independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes within technology sector, with preferred experience working within RPO/BPO environment
- Experience of working within a highly complex or matrixed organisation – including ability to follow global process, whilst whilst being sensitive to local nuances
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of Czech job market, local regulations and trends
- Hands-on experience in working in a client-facing position, including ability to lead a demanding client and internal stakeholders at various management levels
- Ability to work autonomously and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various locations
- Fluency in English and Czech language
- Proficiency in MS Excel, working with (analysing and collating) campaign data sets
Desirable skills and experience:
- Understanding of campus/early careers recruitment, marketing and attraction strategies (e.g. events, networking, social media and university relations)
- Previous experience working in a financial institution
- Experience of using recruitment technology (Workday)
- Strong attention to details and proactiveness
- Experience of using various candidate databases
- Demonstrate interest in learning about the broader industry to be able to build network and provide great market insights to client and different workstreams.
