Pro mezinárodní softwarovou společnost hledáme nového člena týmu Procurement.
Pozice je zaměřená na nepřímý nákup pro německé kanceláře (Berlín, Mnichov) a zahrnuje kompletní nákupní proces od poptávky po objednávku, správu dodavatelů, smluv a spolupráci s projektovými týmy Pro mezinárodní softwarovou společnost hledáme nového člena týmu Procurement.
Pozice je zaměřená na nepřímý nákup pro německé kanceláře (Berlín, Mnichov) a zahrnuje kompletní nákupní proces od poptávky po objednávku, správu dodavatelů, smluv a spolupráci s projektovými týmy.

Popis Pracovní Pozice
Co budete dělat:
  • Řídit nákupní procesy pro DE kanceláře – HW, vybavení, eventy, HR služby
  • Spravovat dodavatele a smlouvy, fakturaci
  • Podporovat digitalizaci a zlepšování procesů (např. Coupa, Ariba)
  • Spolupracovat s kolegy z Německa a dalšími týmy v Praze

Požadujeme
Co očekáváme:
  • 3 let zkušeností v procurement / senior buyer rolích (nejlépe korporátní prostředí)
  • Aktivní znalost němčiny a angličtiny (min. B2 NJ)
  • Samostatnost, analytické myšlení, spolehlivost
  • Zkušenosti s nákupními platformami, Excel na pokročilé úrovni
  • Ochotu cestovat do DE cca 2x měsíčně, min. 2 dny kancelář Praha home office

Lokalita: Praha 4 (kombinace kancelář / home office)
Forma spolupráce: interim, min. 6 měsíců, možnost prodloužení nebo trvalého úvazku
Odměna: 80– Kč / měsíc (na IČO)
