Co bude tvou hlavní náplní práce:
  • Správa a rozvoj firemních profilů (primárně Meta: Facebook, Instagram; TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Tvorba a publikace obsahu – foto, video, texty, stories, reels
  • Natáčení a střih krátkých videí (CapCut, Adobe Express nebo podobné nástroje)
  • Plánování, realizace a optimalizace kampaní v Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager
  • Monitorování výkonu kampaní a obsahu, vyhodnocování, pravidelné reporty
  • Sledování trendů a využívání nových formátů obsahu
  • Úzká spolupráce s marketingovým týmem při kampaních a dalších aktivitách
Koho hledáme:
  • Máš za sebou alespoň 2 roky zkušeností se správou sociálních sítí – víš, jak funguje Facebook, Instagram a ideálně i Meta Business Suite nebo Ads Manager.
  • Umíš vytvářet obsah, který zaujme – krátké texty, nápadité popisky, fotky i videa.
  • Natáčení a střih na mobilu pro tebe nejsou nic nového – Reels, Stories nebo Shorts zvládáš levou zadní.
  • Znáš nástroje jako CapCut, Adobe Express nebo podobné aplikace pro tvorbu obsahu.
  • Máš cit pro text – dokážeš napsat post, který má hlavu, patu a nápad.
  • Nelekneš se čísel – umíš se podívat na výsledky kampaní a vyčíst z nich, co funguje a co zlepšit.
  • Dorozumíš se anglicky alespoň na úrovni B1 – třeba když hledáš inspiraci nebo čteš trendy ze zahraničí.
