As Technical Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our hotel is not just a space to stay, but a place to thrive.

Your Mission:
In this role, you'll be the backbone of our hotel's technical operations, responsible for:

• Maintaining Excellence: Overseeing periodic inspections and maintenance of building elements and installations in compliance with regulations.
• Leading with Purpose: Organizing the technical department's work and managing a skilled team to achieve outstanding results.
• Solving Challenges: Handling breakdowns and ensuring timely repairs to keep the hotel running smoothly.
• Collaborating Effectively: Building strong partnerships with external service providers for seamless operations.
• Ensuring Efficiency: Managing the supply and optimal functioning of electricity, heat, gas, water, lighting, heating, air conditioning, and plumbing systems.
• Keeping Records: Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation, including the building logbook and CRO.
• Analyzing Usage: Preparing detailed reports and summaries on water, electricity, and heat consumption.
• Budgeting Smartly: Planning the annual budget for utilities and maintenance, and managing it effectively to meet goals.

What You Bring to the Role:
We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for people and innovation. Ideally, you:

• Know the Rules: Are well-versed in building operations regulations and hold SEP (Electrical Licensing) qualifications.
• Have Experience: Possess a technical education or at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or large facility. Facility management experience is an advantage.
• Communicate with Ease: Speak English & Czech fluently, enabling smooth collaboration with colleagues and partners.
• Build Connections: Quickly establish rapport, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Care About People: Are people-oriented and enjoy creating solutions that help others thrive.
• Think Creatively: Approach challenges with innovation and a problem-solving mindset.
• Inspire Others: Have experience managing teams and excel at motivating even the most unmotivated individuals.
