We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst  with a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in org definition, security models, sharing rules, and automation via Flows. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and implementation strategies.

User Support & Troubleshooting

• Act as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related requests, questions, and issues.
• Investigate and resolve user access, permissions, data entry, and reporting problems.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while ensuring timely resolution and clear communication to user

Configuration & Administration

• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Investigate, adjust, and optimize existing complex Flows while also building new Flows and automations to support evolving business needs.

Collaboration & Ownership

• Work closely with operations teams, senior admins, solution architects, and development teams to align support activities with business and system needs.
• Take accountability for issues and follow through to resolution.
• Demonstrate curiosity in exploring system functionality, proactively identifying improvements, and deepening Salesforce knowledge.

Ideally you have:

• 3+ years Salesforce administration & support experience with proven hands-on implementation skills.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Flows, including building, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex automations.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules).
• User support experience, resolving access, permissions, and reporting issues efficiently.
• Analytical mindset & problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Accountability & curiosity, with a drive to own problems and continuously improve processes.
