U nás nebudete jen "kontrolovat čísla". Budete partnerem pro byznys – pomáhat řídit strategii, výkonnost a profitabilitu klíčových kategorií a prodejních kanálů. A přitom zůstanete v mezinárodním prostředí, které si drží vysoké standardy profesionality a kvality dat.

Co vás u nás čeká?

  • Budete součástí týmu, který připravuje měsíční a kvartální uzávěrky, rozpočty a shrnutí klíčových zjištění pro top management.
  • Vyhodnocujete výdaje a pomáháte řídit, aby byly v souladu s rozpočtem.

  • Podílíte se na auditech a na přípravě podkladů pro interní i externí auditory.

  • Připravujete finanční reporty pro Sales & Marketing týmy – vaše výstupy ovlivňují rozhodování napříč firmou.

  • Děláte finanční analýzy, modelujete návratnost projektů a navrhujete scénáře pro zlepšení P&L jednotlivých kategorií či kanálů.
  • Denně pracujete s daty v nástrojích jako Power BI, Power Query a dalších.

Koho hledáme?

  • Máte za sebou 2–3 roky v oblasti financí, auditu, controllingu nebo datové analýzy – ideálně z poradenského prostředí nebo velké korporace.
  • Logické myšlení a práces Excelem vám nedělá problém
  • Chcete se posunout z role "externího analytika" do role skutečného business partnera.
  • Baví vás čísla i souvislosti za nimi – chcete rozumět, proč se věci dějí, nejen že se dějí.
  • Angličtinu a češtinu používáte bez problému každý den
