We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our team in Prague, who will help maintain the professional level of the Consumer Fleet Back Office department and become a great teammate.

The Fleet Back Office Support role is responsible for providing effective support to the network of tire service providers in managing customers' fleet tire operations, with a focus on overall partner satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for the Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian markets in the field of fleet services for passenger vehicles, in cooperation with existing colleagues from the back-office team.
- Telephone and email support for suppliers (tire service centers) and customers (leasing companies).
- Checking the accuracy of orders entered through our online portal, making corrections, or assisting with data entry.
- Handling complaints and issuing credit notes.
- Administration related to the transport of stored tires and rims.
- Post-season inspection of stored tires and rims.
- Additional administrative support for full-time colleagues as needed.
We expect from you:
- Interest in working for the full duration of the contract (3 month contract, working part-time)
- Completed secondary education
- Fluent in Czech or Slovak; Hungarian is an advantage
- English at least at B1 level (corporate language, systems, and training are in English)
- Knowledge of MS Office – Outlook and intermediate Excel (at least formatting and display, VLOOKUP and pivot tables are an advantage)
- SAP knowledge is a plus; training will be provided if inexperienced
- Experience in a similar administrative position is a plus
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Deductive reasoning and common sense
- Accuracy, responsible handling of requests, and follow-through
- Ability to handle stress during peak workloads
