Office Administrator

For our office in Prague we are looking for an Office Administrator, who will be part of Danfoss Local Team with regional projects.
You will be the first person of contact for our visitors, suppliers and customers. You will perform reception duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner and support our office and colleagues where needed.

What You'll Be Doing- Telephony management.
- Contract management.
- Car fleet management.
- Support in business travels of employees.
- Support purchase of indirect material and processes purchase orders.
- Organizing teambuilding activities and events.
- IT and Real Estate Support.
- Local support for HR and Finance department.
- Prior experience in the similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent verbal and written Czech and English.
- Good PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word and other Microsoft apps).
- Multi-tasking abilities and stress resistant.
- Pro-active and accurate approach.
- Autonomous and adaptable skill.
- Basic IT skills will be an advantage
- Active driving license
