Jsme tým enterprise architektury v organizaci, která aktuálně realizuje projekt vysokorychlostních tratí a zaměstnává přes lidí. Hledáme nové kolegy – enterprise architekty, kteří se chtějí podílet na rozvoji nejen naší organizace, ale i sebe samých.

Jako součást odboru OCIO (kancelář ředitele IT) se přímo podílíme na naplňování strategických cílů organizace, a to skrze volbu a návrh vhodných procedurálních, aplikačních a technických řešení, která přímo podporují služby poskytované našim odběratelům v rámci Správy železnic.

Do našeho týmu hledáme kolegu architekta, který se bude s námi podílet na tvorbě nových služeb, optimalizaci služeb stávajících a na společném naplňování strategie naší organizace.

Druh PPV:
  • Pracovní poměr na dobu určitou 1 rok s předpokladem prodloužení na dobu neurčitou
Pracoviště:
  • V Celnici 1028/10, Praha – Nové Město
Možný nástup:
  • Ihned, případně dle dohody
Požadované vzdělání:
  • Minimálně SŠ s maturitou
Požadovaná praxe:
  • Min. 5 let praxe v IT velké organizace (100 a více lidí)
  • Praktické vykonávání některé z následujících rolí:* Enterprise Architekt, nebo
  • Solution Architekt, nebo
  • Produktový vlastník, nebo

  • Business Architekt

  • Průkazné zvládání návrhu a řízení Enterprise Architektury

  • Průkazné zvládání návrhu služeb a řešení ICT
  • Praktická zkušenost s ticketovacím nástrojem Atlasian JIRA
  • Praktická zkušenost s nástrojem Sparx Enterprise Architect
Pracovní náplň:
  • Návrh a správa podnikové architektury s důrazem na ICT
  • Optimalizace architektury a řešení ICT v souladu se strategickými cíli organizace
  • Správa portfolia služeb ICT a aplikačního portfolia
  • Identifikace slabin současných řešení a služeb, a jejich náprava
  • Tvorba a správa technologických standardů
  • Implementace otevřené a flexibilní architektury
  • Součinnost při návrhu principů a mechanismů BCM a DR
  • Součinnost při návrhu služeb ICT
  • Součinnost při hodnocení námětů a záměrů na změny v ICT řešeních a službách
  • Komunikace s ostatními útvary a reflexe jejich potřeb v architektuře ICT
  • Aktivní komunikace a spolupráce napříč celou organizací
