Jako Enterprise Architect budete hrát klíčovou roli v definování a implementaci naší IT strategie. Budete zodpovědní za navrhování a optimalizaci komplexních IT systémů, které podporují naše obchodní cíle. Vaše práce bude zahrnovat spolupráci s různými týmy a odděleními, aby byla zajištěna integrace a efektivita našich technologických řešení.

Vaše hlavní odpovědnosti budou:

  • Spoluvytváření a udržování enterprise architektury, která podporuje obchodní strategie.
  • Definování architektonických patternů a principů.
  • Analýza a hodnocení stávajících IT systémů a návrh jejich optimalizace.
  • Spolupráce s IT týmy na implementaci nových technologií a systémů.
  • Zajištění souladu IT infrastruktury s bezpečnostními a regulačními požadavky.
  • Spolupracovat jako architektonický garant na velkých rozvojových projektech.
  • Definice dopadové analýzy a návrh e2e architektury řešení.
  • Poskytování technického vedení a mentoringu juniorním členům týmu.

Požadavky:

  • Seniorní zkušenost s IT architekturou při realizaci strategií i rozvojových projektů, zkušenost s tvorbou IT strategických dokumentů, blueprintů a architektonických patternů a jejich realizací.
  • Silné technické znalosti v oblasti IT infrastruktury, cloudových řešení a bezpečnosti, zkušenosti s moderními přístupy jako Microservices, Event-driven architecture, MS Azure, low-code platforms, AI/ML, a další
  • Analytické a strukturované myšlení.
  • Velmi dobré komunikační a vyjednávací dovednosti.
  • Schopnost efektivně komunikovat a spolupracovat s různými týmy a úrovněmi managementu.
  • Flexibilní a racionální přístup k jednotlivým tématům.
  • Aktivní angličtinu slovem i písmem.
