This role is ideal for a communications professional who excels in cross-functional collaboration and enjoys working across internal and external communications channels in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

As Communications Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to key business functions, providing expert guidance and managing communication activities that align with organizational goals. You will lead specific communication projects, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and mentor a small team, ensuring effective delivery of compelling, impactful messages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies within your area of expertise.
• Advise senior stakeholders and communication colleagues on communication best practices and business alignment.
• Ensure consistent delivery of messaging across channels and initiatives.
• Lead communications projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and business priorities.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality delivery and ROI.
• Support content development for campaigns, documents, trainings, or programs.
• Contribute to building a collaborative, knowledge-sharing communications function through mentoring and coaching.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in communications, preferably within a matrixed or multinational environment.
• Strong project and operations management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional efforts.
• Demonstrated expertise in message development, content creation, and campaign delivery across multiple channels.
• Experience managing external partners and vendors.
• Ability to synthesize complex business information and translate it into clear, engaging communications.
• Familiarity with digital tools and communication platforms.

Qualifications
