Job Title: Contract Specialist

Job Location: Prague

Main Responsibilities:

• Contract commerce: Review bidding documents, identify risks, propose risk mitigation measures, and design commercial & legal solution/clauses; analyze, draft, amend and/or negotiate contracts; take overall responsibility for mitigating commercial and legal risks; set and achieve objectives of contract quality management
• Contract fulfillment: Take the lead in contract fulfillment, including but not limited to processing of purchase orders and change requests
• Sales project decision-making: Facilitate and manage the quality of sales project review and decision-making; identify/disclose project/contract risks; execute sales project decision-making rules
• Supporting work related to project bidding/contracts: Contract clause interpretation, contract signing/archiving, follow-up on assumptions/risks, contract changes, information query from team members, internal quality control, and other relevant tasks

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of law, especially contract law and commercial code; work experience in a law firm or international trade company is highly welcome;
• Approx. 1-3 years of experience in contract management;
• Good understanding of commercial contracts and relevant risks;
• Analytical thinking and strong self-drive to learn and become a contract expert;
• Willing to adapt and fit in a multicultural work environment;
• Business Fluent in Czech & English;
• On-site setting in Prague office (not possible to work from home).
