Right now, we're looking for a Legal Specialist to support our legal operations, manage documentation and contracts across multiple jurisdictions, and ensure smooth and compliant processes within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily legal support across commercial, operational, and administrative matters; analyze counterparty agreements and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Draft, review, and process legal documents (NDAs, service agreements, EP/DPP contracts, employment docs, supplementary agreements) and verify PE/OSVC registration during onboarding.
  • Maintain the company's contract registry, manage multi-jurisdictional document flow, and ensure accuracy and timely completion of legal documentation.
  • Manage the full contract administration process, including external contractor and UGC actor agreements, supplementary documentation, and related invoicing.
  • Support product, marketing, and operations teams with legal inquiries; collaborate with external counsel; monitor regulations, assess legal risks, and contribute to compliance and governance improvements.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a legal or in-house role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, International Law, or Legal Administration
  • Experience with contract management and multi-jurisdictional legal documentation
  • Knowledge of business registration models (PE/OSVC) and onboarding-related processes
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian (Czech/Polish is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
