Join the dynamic and innovative team at NIQ, a leading player in digitizing products and providing comprehensive e-commerce solutions. Specializing in high-quality product content creation and monitoring services, we cater to the ever-evolving needs of businesses across various sectors. As part of our expansion, we are looking for someone to expanding our services and be responsible for the Retailer commercial plan development and execution. Our team is responsible for driving opportunities working directly with Retailers and Syndicators.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining strong networking and engagement with key players & salespeople across broad base of client targets
  • Comfortable negotiating with senior clients and knows what levers to use
  • Owning the business plan: financial target/proposal submission/revenue on hand/pipeline
  • Tracking the financial performance of the clients
  • Close collaboration with other teams to drive seamless delivery to clients.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales
  • Knowledge in sales processes in FMCG - modern and traditional markets
  • Excellent Czech/Slovak and intermediate English language as minimum, both verbal and written
  • Proven sales acumen
  • Solid knowledge of Excel
  • Strong sales leadership including prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with the clients
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, solution oriented and good analytical skill
  • Very good client-facing and communication/presentation skills
  • Excellent at consultative selling
  • Strong Collaboration and Networking skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Prague
