We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Sales Manager for Czechia

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and developing a sales team, including coaching, mentoring, and monitoring performance to drive results
  • Acquiring new clients/partners, as well as expanding the portfolio of products and services among existing clients.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Managing the acquisition process for new clients/partners, driving business development and customer acquisition efforts
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align acquisition efforts with broader business objectives.
Our Requirements:
  • Proven experience in channel (indirect) and indirect, specifically in Microsoft licensing and services
  • Strong background in working with partners/clients
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a sales team, with a focus on achieving sales goals
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to create and execute growth strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships
