The Sustainability Reporting Analyst II helps prepare the Company's internal and external reporting on sustainability-related matters. The Analyst II drives compliance with applicable sustainability disclosure-based needs, through data and information collection, analytical review, and effective written communication and process documentation. The Analyst II collaborates closely with key internal stakeholders to help ensure the completeness and accuracy of information used in sustainability reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Compliance oversight: Maintain awareness of evolving regulations and standards (e.g. CSRD). Help develop, implement, and execute upon internal compliance strategies and policies, including updating and adhering to documented internal processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Company goals and policies.
- Data collection and analysis: Execute processes related to the collection, verification and analysis of sustainability data, including but not limited to greenhouse gas emissions calculations. Identify areas for improvement with recommended action plans. Apply professional judgment while reviewing and analyzing data.
- Sustainability reporting: Assist with the preparation and production of comprehensive sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders. Utilize technologies and resources to support sustainability reporting. Support communications with and responses to external stakeholder inquiries, including but not limited to customers and investors.
- Internal stakeholder engagement: Foster relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between Company strategy and reporting.
- Auditor engagement: As required, interact with internal and external auditors while responding to inquiries in a timely and thorough manner.
- Support ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English language
- Analytical skills
- Previous experience with data oriented job
- Advanced Knowledge of Excel is a must
- Knowledge of PBI is a plus
- Strong interest in sustainability
