Co vás na této pozici čeká?

  • Zpracování příchozích MICE poptávek, vyhotovování nabídek a kalkulací pro klienty, uzavírání smluv

  • Komunikace s klienty a získávání podrobných informací o jejich požadavcích

  • Plánování akcí a příprava přehledů pro F&B tým, recepci a kuchyň

  • Kompletní odpovědnost za hladký průběh eventů – od příprav přes realizaci až po fakturaci

  • Aktivní komunikace s organizátory během akcí a flexibilní reakce na jejich podněty

  • Prezentace hotelových prostor a služeb potenciálním klientům (site inspections)

  • Administrativa spojená s eventy a skupinovým ubytováním, práce s hotelovým systémem

  • Administrativa spojená s leisure groups a ubytováním leteckých posádek

  • Kontrola platební morálky klientů, spolupráce s finančním oddělením, účast na credit meetingu
