Obecné vymezení pracovní náplně:
 Administrativní práce pro zajištění plynulého chodu personálního oddělení.
Povinnosti, odpovědnosti a kompetence
Smlouvy a další dokumenty
 Příprava dokumentů spojená s pracovním poměrem zaměstnanců na základě
podkladů od personální ředitelky.
 Zodpovědnost za gramatickou správnost těchto dokumentů.
 Udržování aktuální dokumentace v adresáři LN (AB).
 Zodpovědnost za aktualizace všech smluv, dodatků, diplomů, atestací apod. ve
složkách zaměstnanců.
 Předávací protokoly ve spolupráci s asistentkou společnosti.
Cafeteria
 Zajištění vstupenek na kulturní akce.
 Správa flexipasů a multipasů.
 Správa čerpání výhod na intranetu. Zodpovědnost za správnost údajů, týkající se
čerpání Cafeterie, včetně částek za penzijní fondy a životní pojištění.
Adresář (AB)
 Ve spolupráci se mzdovým účetním dbá na správnost údajů v AB.
 Zodpovědnost za doplněná data u jednotlivých zaměstnanců, které se neexportují ze
mzdového systému, včetně fotografií zaměstnanců.
 Do 5. dne v měsíci zodpovídá za správnost a aktuálnost těchto údajů.
Databáze Uchazeči
 Údržba databáze uchazečů o zaměstnání. Zadávání životopisů, kontrola statusů,
korespondence s uchazeči dle zadaných podkladů.
