Jsme Compelson, česká firma s unikátním posláním. Naše produkty, včetně celosvětově známého MOBILeditu, pomáhají bezpečnostním složkám vyšetřovat obsah mobilních zařízení a řešit zločiny – od terorismu přes zneužívání žen a dětí až po nelegální obchod s ohroženými zvířaty. Vyvíjíme vlastní software, ne vývoj na zakázku. Naše hlavní trhy tvoří vládní organizace a bezpečnostní složky. Z pražských kanceláří prodáváme do více než 100 zemí světa a pyšníme se oceněním Exportér roku.

Co budeš dělat

  • Povedeš menší mezinárodní tým techniků.
  • Budeš koordinovat jejich práci, nastavovat priority a zajišťovat, aby naši uživatelé dostávali rychlá a kvalitní řešení.
  • Spolupracovat s vývojovým týmem na testování a vylepšování funkcionalit softwaru.
  • Podílet se na návrhu a implementaci nových funkcí.
  • Dozorovat testování aplikací s různými mobilními zařízeními.
  • Udržovat aktuální technickou dokumentaci a zlepšovat procesy podpory.
  • Spolupracovat s obchodním týmem – technická podpora často asistuje při obchodních jednáních a prezentacích. Občasné zahraniční cesty jsou možné, ale nejsou nutností.
