We are looking for Sales Manager New Business for CWS Czech republic, Workwear division

  • You'll lead the sales team – be their driver, coach, and teammate.
  • You'll track results, plan strategy, manage budgets – you're in control.

What we expect from you?

  • Education in business or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in leading a team – you know how to motivate, develop, and drive people to better results.
  • Driver's license (Group B) – you'll be on the road often.
  • You're confident with MS Office (especially Excel), and CRM doesn't scare you.
  • You've successfully sold services – ideally complex solutions.
  • You're reliable, responsible, and great at building relationships.
  • You're open-minded, energetic, communicative, and goal-driven.
  • You speak English, Czech is a must.
  • And most of all – you're hungry to achieve something big.
