Náš tým tvoří 17 kolegů a dělíme se na tři hlavní oblasti – IT, centrálu a retail. Jsme kombinací juniornějších i seniorních kolegů, které doplňuje tým administrativní podpory, jenž nám výrazně pomáhá s agendou spojenou s náborem. Aktuálně hledáme Senior Recruitera & Team Leadera, který se k nám připojí nejen jako odborník na nábor, ale také jako partner, který s námi bude aktivně utvářet jeho budoucí podobu. 

Co Vás u nás čeká:

Strategické řízení náboru

• Vedení náborového procesu pro klíčové role napříč bankovními segmenty (např. Finance, Risk, Compliance, Retail aj.).

• Zajištění celého procesu náboru – od zadání požadavku až po nabídku kandidátovi, včetně zpětné vazby.

• Aktivní vyhledávání talentů, budování interního talent poolu a udržování dlouhodobých vztahů s kandidáty.

• Implementace náborové strategie ve spolupráci s hiring managery.

• Práce s náborovými systémy (HRIS, Teamio) a jejich efektivní využívání.

• Sledování trendů na trhu práce a jejich zavádění do praxe.

• Identifikace oblastí ke zlepšení a implementace nových nástrojů či technologií (např. sourcingové nástroje, automatizace, AI).

• Reporting a analytika v rámci svěřené oblasti.

Interní spolupráce a stakeholder management

• Budování a udržování silných vztahů s hiring managery a HR Business Partnery.

• Konzultace a podpora manažerů při tvorbě inzerce, plánování a nastavení výběrového řízení.

• Účast na klíčových HR projektech (např. interní mobilita, employer branding aj.).

• Reporting náborových aktivit.

Vedení týmu recruiterů

• Odpovědnost za každodenní řízení a rozvoj menšího týmu náborářů.

• Pravidelné 1:1 meetingy, mentoring a profesní podpora členů týmu.

• Sledování KPI, nastavování priorit a zajištění dosažení náborových cílů.

• Spolupráce na kapacitním plánování a rozdělování úkolů.

Employer Branding a reprezentace banky

• Reprezentace banky na veletrzích, HR konferencích a dalších akcích.

• Spolupráce s marketingem a HR týmem na tvorbě silné kandidátské zkušenosti (candidate experience).

• Aktivní zapojení do rozvoje značky zaměstnavatele.

Budeme si rozumět, pokud:


• Zkušenosti s kompletním náborovým procesem ve větší organizaci.

• Praxe s náborem odborníků (výhodou je zkušenost z finančního sektoru).

• Zkušenost s vedením menšího týmu.

• Orientace v HR systémech a schopnost efektivně je využívat.

• Zkušenosti s psychodiagnostikou a diagnostickými nástroji v náboru.

• Schopnost budovat vztahy s klíčovými stakeholdery.

• Přehled o inovacích v oblasti recruitmentu, včetně technologií a AI.

• Silné komunikační a organizační dovednosti.

• Zkušenosti s aktivním sourcingem a oslovováním pasivních kandidátů (LinkedIn, databáze).

• Angličtina na pokročilé úrovni (psaná i mluvená forma).

• A především: nábor je vaše srdcovka a práce s lidmi vám dává smysl.
