Aktuálně rozšiřujeme náš Business development tým, který má na starosti náš investiční fond a investory. Do tohoto týmu nyní hledáme kolegu/kolegyni, který/á se postará o naše CRM a zajistí, že jsou v něm všechna data aktuální a bude dál společně s naším IT týmem a dodavatelem posouvat systém na lepší úroveň.

Co bude součástí tvé role?
  • Správa CRM systému Microsoft Power App - konfigurace, optimalizace, podpora uživatelů.
  • Kompletní správa klientských dat po celý investiční cyklus - sběr, zápis, aktualizace, kontrola kvality a podpora uživatelů.
  • Integrace CRM s investiční aplikací - monitoring propojení a podpora obchodních, investičních a administrativních procesů.
  • Analýza a zapracování business požadavků do CRM ve spolupráci s dodavatelem a případně i IT týmem (podle tvých zkušeností).
  • Aktivní hledání nových přístupů, automatizace systému a zefektivňování procesů ve spolupráci s týmem.
  • Reporting a datová analýza (samostatně nebo ve spolupráci s kolegou).
Jaké zkušenosti a dovednosti bys měl/a mít?
  • Máš předchozí zkušenost se správou CRM a prací s daty.
  • Dokážeš zajistit, že data v CRM jsou správně zapsaná a aktualizovaná.
  • Umíš spolupracovat napříč různými týmy (business development, IT, marketing a externí dodavatelé).
  • Mluvíš plynule česky i anglicky a zvládneš komunikovat v obou jazycích napříč firmou.
Výhodou, nikoliv podmínkou, je také:
  • Orientace nebo předchozí zkušenost v investičním prostředí a s investičním cyklem.
  • Znalost Power BI a schopnost vytvářet reporty.
  • Znalost Power Platform případně Power Automate a schopnost samostatné konfigurace a úprav nebo programování.
  • Schopnost psát technická zadání pro dodavatele a kontrolovat jejich práci

  • Pokud by ses v rámci pracovního dne chtěl/a odreagovat, dochází k nám masér, nebo si můžeš s kolegy zahrát ping pong nebo stolní fotbal.
