Do našeho týmu Kvality hledáme posilu do oddělení interní kvality, která by se aktivně podílela na systému interní kvality ve společnosti.

Pracovní náplň:
  • Udržování a zlepšování systémů interní kvality včetně plánu kontrol a analýz stávajících výrobních procesů.
  • Aktivní účast na hledání nových nebo změny procesů/postupů ve výrobě.
  • Řízení procesu neshod, včetně příčin a nápravných opatření.
  • Zodpovědnost za shodu procesů s normami, identifikace problémů, návrhy řešení.
  • Účast na interních i extérních auditech.
  • Aktivní podíl na tvorbě dokumentace pro postupy a procesy ve výrobě.
  • Využívání technik a nástrojů pro analýzu a zlepšování procesů, zpracovávání výstupů analýz, jejich prezentace.
  • Spolupráce s ostatními útvary (Výroba, Engineering, Nákup).
Co je třeba k výkonu pozice Inženýr kvality:
  • SŠ/VŠ strojního nebo technického směru
  • Předchozí zkušenost z oblasti kvality
  • Alespoň rámcová znalost systémů zabezpečování kvality, normy ISO 9000
  • Analytické myšlení
  • Komunikační dovednosti
  • Angličtina na pokročilé úrovni, čeština minimálně B2
Přínosem bude:
  • Znalost čtení výkresové dokumentace, obráběcích postupů a rozměrových měření např. i s přesahem na 3D měření.
