Cash Collections Associate with French

The main task is proactive management of a demanding customer portfolio to ensure timely payment of all open invoices. A key element in this paid role is interaction and communication with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment, and as such requires advanced communication and language skills.

What you'll do

• Perform collection activities within FRANCE Market Unit (MU).
• Support our cash collection efforts to increase overall SAP Cash Flow by managing open receivables.
• Interact daily with customers and SAP internal department such as Commercial teams, Billing department, Sales Community, Controlling and others.
• Investigate billing and contractual discrepancies to ensure timely payments.
• Spot risks and ensure timely escalation to management.
• Meet Cash Collection KPI's and participate to process implementation and development.

What you bring

• Fluent English + fluency in French language.
• Financial background (experience already working with French customers and stakeholders is an advantage).
• Professional knowledge of the MS Suite (basic formulas and understanding in Excel, Outlook, etc).
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Solution oriented and self-driven with an innovative approach to address daily challenges.
• Open for change with an agile mindset and demonstrating resilience.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Enjoying teamwork and readiness to learn from others
