O platformě

Náš klient buduje modulární investiční platformu s DNA "compliance & B2B". Platforma jde víc směrem k partnerské spolupráci (poradenské firmy, instituce) a poskytuje jim nástroje, které propojují investiční procesy, automatizaci a regulaci. Od začátku je platforma stavěna tak, aby splňovala přísné regulatorní požadavky (ČNB, DORA, NIS2). Nejde jen o inovace, ale i o důvěru, stabilitu a auditovatelnost.

Co budeš dělat

  • Převádět strategické cíle společnosti do technologických a produktových rozhodnutí.
  • Navrhovat a řídit architekturu celého řešení, které propojuje interní systémy se systémy různých účastníků finančního trhu do jednoho funkčního celku.
  • Zajišťovat bezpečnost, dostupnost a škálovatelnost, nastavovat SLO/SLA a incident management.
  • Koordinovat dodavatele a menší interní IT tým bez mikromanagementu, s jasnými kritérii a QBR procesem.
  • Spoluutvářet produktovou roadmapu, prioritizovat projekty podle dopadu na byznys a dohlížet na UX.
  • Udržovat pragmatickou compliance s požadavky regulatorního dohledu.
