Your Key Responsibilities:

Core Entity Management

  • Maintain and update key entity-related data.
  • Ensure timely updates to directors' and statutory bodies information and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide advice and related information to country organizations and regional/global functions.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Generate reports on directors, entities, governing bodies, and recent changes to subsidiaries.
  • Develop and maintain corporate structure charts.
  • Monitor and analyze legal regulatory changes affecting corporate entities and governance.

Document & Data Management

  • Upload, organize, and store legal and corporate documents in centralized databases.
  • Maintain electronic statutory books and ensure records are current and compliant.

Compliance & Control

  • Monitor and support global annual compliance obligations.
  • Conduct regular data integrity surveys and produce governance and compliance statistics.
  • Implement and maintain controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of corporate data.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Education: Law degree preferred, alternatively Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in corporate compliance, company secretarial practice, paralegal or legal operations are a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related area.
  • Proven experience in managing corporate records, databases and systems, statutory books, and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Familiarity with legal entity management systems and document management platforms.
  • Experience in producing governance reports and corporate structure charts is highly desirable.
  • English working proficiency (spoken and written) is required
  • Knowledge of Legal English is desired and a strong advantage
