This Position reports to:

Procurement and Logistic Manager

Your role – the next step is up to you:

  • Processing customer orders (order receipt, verification, confirmation)
  • Close cooperation with purchasing, controlling, and shipping
  • Ensuring exports to the EU and outside the EU – handling transport documents (packing list, bill of lading, invoice), customs clearance
  • Creating and managing tenders for transport – ordering transport
  • Order management and invoicing in the SAP system
  • Invoicing process – invoices issued
  • Written and verbal communication with customers mainly in English

Who we are looking for:

  • Secondary/university education in economics or technology
  • Good knowledge of English – communicative level (min. B1/B2)
  • User knowledge of MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Independence, responsibility, communication skills
  • Carefulness, flexibility, logical thinking
