This Position reports to:
Procurement and Logistic Manager

Your role – the next step is up to you:
- Processing customer orders (order receipt, verification, confirmation)
- Close cooperation with purchasing, controlling, and shipping
- Ensuring exports to the EU and outside the EU – handling transport documents (packing list, bill of lading, invoice), customs clearance
- Creating and managing tenders for transport – ordering transport
- Order management and invoicing in the SAP system
- Invoicing process – invoices issued
- Written and verbal communication with customers mainly in English
Who we are looking for:
- Secondary/university education in economics or technology
- Good knowledge of English – communicative level (min. B1/B2)
- User knowledge of MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Independence, responsibility, communication skills
- Carefulness, flexibility, logical thinking
