As a Solution Architect, you will join the team responsible for Express Aviation & Road Transportation IT systems – the backbone of global parcel movement. Every day, millions of shipments rely on these systems to get from origin to destination safely and on time.

The client is modernizing platforms by introducing cloud-native solutions, event-driven architectures, and advanced integration technologies. You will ensure that business-critical systems remain reliable, secure, and scalable, while driving innovation in areas such as real-time tracking, airline operations, and route optimization.

This is an opportunity to contribute to high-visibility projects that directly impact worldwide logistics flows.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, modern technical solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.

  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to deliver complex projects with global reach.

  • Ensure architecture principles, design standards, and security best practices are consistently applied.

  • Support delivery teams in bringing solutions to life and driving continuous improvements in system performance and quality.



Requirements
  • Proven experience in solution architecture and design (monolith, SOA/EDA, microservices).
  • Strong understanding of integration platforms (IBM MQ, MuleSoft, Apache Kafka).
  • Technical background in Java, databases (traditional and modern), and modeling concepts (conceptual, logical, and physical data models).
  • Familiarity with software delivery practices, including bimodal IT strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Miro, LeanIX.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in high-visibility projects.
